Antibody Test Against Koch's Bacteria is a serological blood test designed to determine if the human body has encountered the Tuberculosis pathogen - Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The test looks for specific antibodies that the immune system produces in response to this bacterium. This test can be useful in supplementing other diagnostic methods, especially when direct identification of the bacterium is not possible.

The test is particularly sensitive in the case of active tuberculosis, when specific antibodies are detected in the blood.
