Attention! QuantiFERON-TB | tuberculosis test is performed on Monday to Thursday, if the sample is submitted by 16:00. The test is not performed on Fridays and the days before holidays.

Respiratory tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by the tuberculosis mycobacterium (TM) (Mycobacterium tuberculosis), spreading through the air with particles. The main source of TM is a person with an open form of pulmonary TB.
