Spring - not just great weather!
Spring – a season that some greet with joy, while others – with teary eyes, rashes on the body, digestive disorders, or a stuffy nose. These symptoms can be signs of various illnesses or allergies.
Allergy is a very complex immune system disease and manifests individually for each of us. It is determined by heredity, various environmental factors, and the state of each of our immune systems. Modern diagnostic and treatment methods are closely related: both the latest laboratory tests and the treatment prescribed based on their results improve the quality of life for those affected and help to fully overcome the disease.
ALEX2 macroarray – what is it?
What are the benefits of the ALEX2 macroarray test?
The ALEX2 macroarray test not only investigates numerous inhalable allergens but also very precisely at the molecular level determines sensitivities to house dust mites and domestic animals. It is a globally recognized test, the results of which show what exactly a person is allergic to, whether the determined sensitivity is life-threatening, and what the treatment possibilities and prognosis for allergies are. From just one blood sample, sensitivity to all clinically significant allergens and their molecules is determined. A person's sensitivity to 295 allergens (117 allergens and 178 of their molecules) is examined, and total IgE is determined.
