Non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) to assess the risk of trisomies of chromosomes 21, 18, 13, and aneuploidies of X and Y chromosomes. The fetal sex is indicated at the patient's request. Fetal sex chromosome aneuploidies can be detected only in the case of single or twin monochorionic pregnancies; in the case of twin pregnancies, it can be determined whether at least one fetus has a Y chromosome.

Recommendation when to perform the test: Single and twin - from 10 weeks of pregnancy.
