Information about the annual child health check-up for obtaining the Pupil's Health Certificate:
All children up to 18 years old and older students who study under general education programs in schools must have a preventive health check-up once a year. Upon completion, an electronic "Pupil's Health Certificate" is issued.
Children's health is checked by a family doctor. Also, for a preventive health check-up, it is necessary to check the condition of teeth and oral hygiene - this is performed by a dentist or a dental specialist, or an oral hygienist, but it can also be after the family doctor's health check-up.
The annual preventive child health check-up helps to identify health disorders in a timely manner, encourages lifestyle adjustments, and considers the child's health needs in the educational process.
