*The indicated base price is for the health check. If there are additional risk factors mentioned in the skipper's health check guidelines governed by the health minister's order V-301, the doctor may decide to conduct additional tests, which are to be paid according to Rezus.lt rates.

How to prepare for the skipper's health check?

When coming for the skipper's health check, please bring with you:

1. Identity card.
2. Driver's license (if health is being checked again).
3. Certificate from a psychiatrist (mental health center). Those who are unaware of which psychiatric institution they belong to should consult their family doctor or a psychiatrist working at UAB Rezus.lt privately to obtain a psychiatrist's report.
4. Personal health history (ambulatory card) or a form No. 027/a issued by a family doctor.*

* For individuals without a valid form No. 027/a (about health status) issued by a family doctor, or if the clinic where the patient is registered is not in Šiauliai city, as well as those not registered in Lithuania, the mandatory health check is performed on site (tests, electrocardiogram are performed).

The medical certificate for the skipper's health check is required when taking driving exams and changing the driver's license. A valid certificate must be submitted to VĮ "Regitra".

A blood test is needed for the issuance of the certificate: determination of the blood group ABO and Rh(D), if it is not recorded in your identity document. We perform blood tests on the spot, so you will only need to give blood, and we will do everything here.
