GYM+ athletes' testing program

This testing program is designed for active athletes and members of the GYM+ athletes' Longevity subscription, aiming for not only better sports results but also long-term health, faster recovery, and more efficient body care.

Regular laboratory tests allow for an objective assessment of the body's condition, the detection of possible deficiencies in trace elements or vitamins, monitoring recovery after physical exertion, and making data-driven decisions regarding nutrition, supplements, or training loads.

The program consists of:

• 5 DIF complete blood count (CBC) by automated method – for general health status and immune system evaluation.
• Total protein (TP) – for assessing protein metabolism and nutritional status.
• Potassium (K) – for monitoring muscle, nervous system, and fluid balance.
• Sodium (Na) – for evaluating hydration and electrolyte balance.
• Total calcium (Ca) – for bone health and normal muscle function.
• Magnesium (Mg) – for muscle recovery, nervous system function, and energy metabolism.
• Iron (Fe) – for assessing oxygen transport and physical capacity.
• Ferritin (Ferr) – for evaluating iron stores in the body.
• Vitamin D (25-OH) – for supporting bone, immune system, muscle function, and overall well-being.

This program helps to timely identify common nutritional or trace element deficiencies in frequently exercising individuals, monitor the body's adaptation to physical exertion, and ensure that training is based not only on feeling but also on objective health indicators.
