Innovative solution in food intolerance diagnostics!
We offer a test that identifies as many as 283 food products from a single blood sample. Advantages:
- The widest food product test in Lithuania to date – as many as 283 food products.
- The test includes all commonly used food products – grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, various types of meat, fish and seafood, dairy products and eggs, mushrooms, and a variety of spices, as well as coffee and tea.
- The first test in Lithuania that examines new food products that have entered our diet: durum wheat, wheat bran, hemp seeds, chia seeds, almond milk, and many others.
- Thanks to the examination of such a large number of food products, a wider spectrum of suitable food products is obtained, significantly expanding our diet.
- The FOX food intolerance test is a technologically new generation precise and accurate test.
- The test created with the help of nanotechnology allows examining a very wide range of food products from a very small blood drop (10μl).
The results of the test are influenced by the diet in the weeks before the test.
If you have not consumed a certain food product for a longer period, it may not be detected or detected in very low amounts of IgG antibodies against food product antigens in your blood sample.
Why do IgG antibody results react to food products you have never eaten before?
The structure of proteins (antigens) present in different food products can be very similar. Therefore, antibodies produced by the body can recognize not only the antigens they were formed for but also antigens of other food products. Such cross-reaction can be the reason why your test results show an increased reaction to food products you have never eaten before. You may have unknowingly consumed ingredients of food products causing this reaction. For example, food supplements and cosmetic products may contain food antigens causing complaints.
Is the food intolerance test suitable for children?
There are currently no guidelines specifying the minimum age at which an IgG food hypersensitivity test can be performed. Since the baby's immune system is still in the development phase, it is not recommended to perform a food intolerance test on children under two years of age.
