Innovative solution in food intolerance diagnostics!
We offer a test that identifies up to 283 food products from a single blood sample. Advantages:
- The broadest food product testing in Lithuania today – up to 283 food products.
- The test covers all commonly used food products – grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, various types of meat, fish and seafood, dairy products, and eggs, fish and seafood, dairy products, and eggs, mushrooms, numerous spices, as well as coffee and tea.
- The first test in Lithuania to investigate new food products that have entered our diet: durum wheat, wheat bran, hemp seeds, chia seeds, almond milk, and many others.
- Thanks to the large number of tested food products, a broader spectrum of suitable food products is obtained, significantly expanding our diet.
- The FOX food intolerance test is a technologically advanced, precise, and accurate test.
- Created using nanotechnology, the test allows for the examination of an especially wide spectrum of food products from a very small drop of blood (10µl).
Test results are influenced by diet in the weeks leading up to the test.
If you have not consumed a certain food product for a longer period, it may be that very few or no IgG antibodies to the food product antigens are detected in your blood sample.
Why do IgG antibody results react to food products you have never eaten before?
The structure of proteins (antigens) present in some different food products is very similar. Therefore, the antibodies produced by the body can recognize not only the antigens they were formed for but also antigens of other food products. Such cross-reaction may be the reason why your test results show an increased reaction to food products you have never eaten before. Possibly, you have unconsciously consumed components of food products causing this reaction before. For example, food supplements and cosmetic products may contain food antigens that cause complaints.
Is the food intolerance test suitable for children?
Currently, there are no guidelines indicating the minimum age at which an IgG food hypersensitivity test can be performed. Since a baby's immune system is still in the developmental phase, it is not recommended to perform a food intolerance test on children younger than two years of age.
