Test to help avoid unsuitable food products

The latest scientific data proves the importance of a healthy gut for our well-being. Today's scientific studies confirm that our gut is a direct and exceedingly important „player“ on which our overall health depends. The gut not only digests food – its functioning affects various systems in our body, especially the immune and nervous systems.

Undigested food can cause chronic inflammation

Everything we eat or what enters our body with food is „work“ for our body. The gut must cope with what we have eaten: take all that is good and discard what is harmful. This important task is performed not only by various digestive enzymes produced by the pancreas, liver, and intestinal cells but also by the gut's immune system and the microbiota in the gut. The intestinal walls are composed of three protective layers – the mucosa, the cells of the gut immune system, and the microbiota living in the gut. Together, these three layers are called the gut barrier. A healthy gut barrier selects which substances are allowed to enter the bloodstream and which are not. When the balance between these three systems is disrupted, gut barrier permeability occurs, leading to undigested food particles entering the blood. The immune system recognizes them as foreign and starts producing IgG class antibodies against these food particles. This is how chronic inflammation develops in the body. Scientific studies show that this inflammation can trigger health disorders such as migraine headaches, irritable bowel syndrome, depression, chronic fatigue, and influence the manifestation of certain autoimmune diseases.

The more products you test, the more varied your diet can be

Avoiding food products against which IgG antibodies have formed in the blood is the first step to reducing inflammation in the body and improving well-being. However, when choosing a food intolerance (IgG-mediated increased sensitivity to food) blood test, it is important to pay attention to several particularly important moments: After the test is performed and the products you should eliminate from your diet are identified, you can safely consume only those products you have tested and tolerate. Therefore, the more products you test, the greater choice you will have, for example, if you test 50 products and the test reveals that your body does not tolerate 10 of them at that time, you can only use 40 products in your diet. Such a „restricted“ and poor diet will not only fail to meet all nutritional needs but also negatively affect gut health. Therefore, testing more food products will allow for a more varied and health-friendly diet.

Choose the test that suits you best

The unique „Fox“ test, created by Austrian scientists to determine increased sensitivity to food (food intolerance), is today one of the most innovative and accurate blood tests. It is the only test that opens up more possibilities for people who have chosen different dietary systems.

Only at Rezus.lt laboratory can you choose from 4 different „Fox“ tests that suit you: „Fox“ (283 food products), „Fox Omnivore“ – for omnivores (163 food products), „Fox Vegan“ – for vegans (170 food products), and „Fox Vegetarian“ – for vegetarians (167 food products). After performing any of the offered tests, the results obtained will not only show the body's reaction to your current diet but also provide an interpretation indicating how to replace intolerable products. The list of alternative food products will help safely replace intolerable products without limiting your daily diet.

Stay healthy!
