Rusnė Grigonytė
Movement has accompanied me all my life – from rackets, bicycles, and winter sports to the desire to help others. This experience helped me understand that everyone can find a suitable way to move if they receive the right support and knowledge.
In kinesiology, what matters most to me is an individual approach. Every client comes with their own story, so I always strive to understand their needs and goals. I especially want to help those who doubt whether movement is right for them – together we look for a form of movement that becomes a daily routine and brings good mood.
I work with adults, athletes, and teenagers. I assist with pain, injuries, posture disorders, as well as for prevention or simply better well-being. My goal is for movement to become not a chore but a part of a quality life. I invite you to feel together how movement can change the body, well-being, and thoughts!
