If you notice that a tick has bitten you, it is essential to remove it as soon as possible. Do not apply oil on the tick to facilitate its removal. A tick starts to suffocate from the oil, thus releasing almost twice as much poison. As the cold season begins, the activity of these parasites decreases because during this period they hide under the snow or leaves that haven't decomposed in autumn.
