myPrenatal 3T

myPrenatal 3T – is a non-invasive prenatal test (NIPT) designed to detect trisomies of chromosomes 21, 18, and 13.
The NIPT test is based on the analysis of free fetal DNA, using whole genome sequencing (WGS). In the circulating free DNA (cfDNA) found in the blood of a pregnant woman, the DNA fraction of the fetus(es) placenta(s) (cffDNA) is also detected.

Recommendation for when to perform the test: Single and twin pregnancies - from 10 weeks of gestation.

Sample: blood.

Time to result after entering the laboratory: 2-4 business days.
