Project goal and results: To implement process innovations in the company, thereby increasing involvement in international value chains. To create and introduce a new service design to the market.
The project is implemented according to the 2021–2030 program of the Ministry of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania for the development of state digitization, measure number 05-001-01-05-07 „Create a coherent system for promoting innovative activities“ activity „Promote the development of non-technological innovations (Central and Western Lithuania region)“.
Project budget: 240,936.12 €, the amount of funding allocated by the EU fund is 87,545.75 €.
UAB „Rezus.LT“ is a company providing medical laboratory diagnostics services, constantly improving its services, implementing and developing new technologies, and implementing managerial innovations.
Currently, some processes at UAB "Rezus.lt" are not clear, standardized, or managed by the latest methods and tools (lacking IT systems for process management).
During the project, the company plans to create and implement 7 process innovations, create a new service design, and join international service networks. Process innovations will include the formalization, documentation, implementation of scientific and management practice methods, and the implementation of electronic systems for process management.
During the project, it is planned to create a new service design that will allow clients (patients) to connect to the company's online platform and manage orders in a self-service manner, receive test results, archive them, review, extract in various formats, and manage in other ways.
It is expected that the non-technological innovations created during the project will increase the company's competitiveness, help expand exports, and join international supply chains.
