Rusnė Grigonytė
Movement has been with me my entire life – from sledges, bicycles, and winter sports to the desire to help others. This experience has helped me understand that everyone can find a suitable way to move if they receive the right support and knowledge.
In physiotherapy, the most important thing for me is an individual approach. Each client comes with their own story, so I always strive to understand their needs and goals. I especially want to help people who doubt whether movement is suitable for them – together we search for a form of movement that becomes a daily routine and brings good mood.
I work with adults, athletes, and teenagers. I help with pain, injuries, posture disorders, as well as for prevention or simply for better well-being. My goal is for movement to become a part of a quality life, not an obligation. I invite you to feel together how movement can change the body, well-being, and thoughts!
