Movement has accompanied me all my life – from scooters, bicycles, and winter sports to the desire to help others. This experience has helped me understand that everyone can find a suitable way to move if they receive the right support and knowledge.
In physiotherapy, the most important thing for me is an individual approach. Each client comes with their own story, so I always try to understand their needs and goals. I especially want to help people who doubt whether movement is right for them – together we look for a form of movement that becomes a part of daily life and brings good mood.
I work with adults, athletes, and teenagers. I help with pain, injuries, posture disorders, as well as for prevention or just better well-being. My goal is for movement to become not an obligation but a part of a quality life. I invite you to feel together how movement can change the body, well-being, and thoughts!
