Reticulocyte Count (Automated)

What is it?
This is an advanced test performed using a hematology analyzer, which automatically counts the number of reticulocytes and provides additional indicators (e.g., reticulocyte index).

How is it performed?
The test is conducted using venous blood. No special preparation is required.

When is it recommended?

• In cases of iron deficiency or aplastic anemia;
